Tho Public Bodies Leases Bill., was amended, in Committee, the • littlo Bill on tho width of streets on hillsides was stuck up on its way into Committee. The Council agreed to the compromise on tho Second Ballot Bill. Practically the whole sitting in tho Houso / was spent in discussing the" Public Works Estimates.'
