NEW CANADIAN LOAN.
(Rec. September 30, 9.58 p.m.) London, September 30. Canada is issuing a fivo million 3J per cent, loan at par. [In July Canada issued a short term loan of ,£5,000,000 ia London. "The Times" commented: "We understand that underwriters will have to take up about 57 per cent, of the issue of Canadian 3J per cent, bonds; this result is less satisfactory than had been anticipated, but is not unfavourable when compared with recent experiences.
