During the debato in tho Federal House 011 the Capital Sito Bill, Mr. Bruce Smith moved ail amendment to the effect that Parliament, which has sat in Melbourne sinco May 9, 1901, should continue to assemble there until a period of ten years has been completed, and that then for ton years it should meet in ' Sydney, the final choice of a site being defer/ed until 1921.,
