[Special!/ Written for Tub Dominion.] ■■WEDNESDAY. ; . 'Kidney Soup., Boast Shoulder, of Mutton. Onion Sauce. Baked Potatoes. Cabbage. •Boiled Rhubarb Pudding. . , KIDNEY SOUP. , Cut. up 6 or put thein through the mincer. A .little beef may be substituted ... ' for some of the kidneys, or, if'.there is a very strong stock, four sheep's kidneys ..or half an ox kidney would do; Chop a largo'onion, and fry .it and the kidneys -iri one-oz. "of butter or dripping. Add 3i pints of stock and some salt and pepper. Boil until kidneys aro tender.- • t Then add two tablespoons of rice. Boil twenty minutes, and taste to nioke sure that it is well ; . flavoured. Put a tablespoon of choppcd parsley in the soup tureen, and pour the hot soup on to it.-Serve with dice of fried bread. FOR TO-MORROW. Breast of, veal, carrots, turnips, onions, soak peas for, toup,- snowdon pudding or baked ■■ apple dumplings, parsley.
