Elaborate arrangements are being made for tho celebration of tho sixth anniversary of tho Y.M.C.A. in the Town Hal) on Wednesday next. A novel idea is being incorporated into the tea meeting, when the Town Hall will represent a huge gardon, and each tablo will by decoration reproseiit a flower, and tho gorgeous paper, costumes' of the waitresses will be in keeping witli the floral idea. During tho interval between the tea and tho meeting,, a uniquo gymnastic display will bo given by the various classes of tho association. At tho public meeting to follow, Mr. Alfred Jolly is to' speak on "The Call of the Dominion to its Young! Men."
