Li the .case of tho collision between tho j . steamer Suva and tho tug Hero, in .which • both vessels suffered severely, tho Court ' found that it had been caused by,tho master of the Hero (Captain Bjorkman) going below without having a proper look-out, and by Mr. Murphy, second mate of tho Suva, improperly porting tho helm. The Court called upon both to show cause why their certificates should not be dealt with.
