With regard to the trouble on the secondclass cruiser Gibraltar, from which £500 worth of gun-sights were thrown overboard whilo sho was convoying relief crows to the Australian station, letters received from Devonport indicate that the discontent was oonfined to a small section, who complain of a junior oißcer's unfair treatment.
