I, however, after doing so, [ circulated my (printed)- campaign speeches . among all the voters of the district; so - that ' all who wore at that time on the roll had. an opportunity of hearing what my chief political views are. In the present campaign, on the other-hand, . I am happily absolved from these particular bonds of party discipline, through the Premier's Second Ballot Bill, which has passed the Third Reading in the House. This Bill, as ' you will readily understand, makes me free to solicit your suffrage on this occasion with • the feeling that I am only helping my party, instead of injuring it, by doing so.
