NEGOTIATIONS i'sETTLED.' A special meeting of tlie'lßoard of Trustees of the Wellington Hospital was held yesterday afternoon, when fu'Mlici 1 . consideration was given to tho questiorf'W to the basis of exchange with respect to- : the ; acquisition of the fever hospital site on the asylum reserve. A letter from the Minister 'for "Public Health (Hon. G. Fowlds) conveying terms of exchange was read.
