NEGOTIATIONS i'sETTLED.' A special meeting of tlie'lßoard of Trustees of the Wellington Hospital was held yesterday afternoon, when fu'Mlici 1 . consideration was given to tho questiorf'W to the basis of exchange with respect to- : the ; acquisition of the fever hospital site on the asylum reserve. A letter from the Minister 'for "Public Health (Hon. G. Fowlds) conveying terms of exchange was read. Hit' IJUtIIU. After discussion it was-decided'to-agree-to tho basis of exchange, -suggested by tho Minister. A special conference.will bo held at the new sito on' Tuesday next, when the trustees will meet their medical advisers; and discuss the question of the location of tho now hospital buildings. : •„ , Included in the Revalis Street area", to" bo transferred- to tho Government is that "sec- : tion upon which the Carrara Ceiling AVorks at present stand. This property is now held on mortgage by the Rhodes trustees, and a transfer to tho hospital trustees will, therefore, bo necessary. ' ■ .»:» Tho Hon. C. M. Luke, M.Ii.C. (chairman of the board), and Mr. R. C.
