(b) In hurdle races, a further 101b. for one win, ond 71b. for every additional win. Hack Qualification.—" Hack" means a horse that has not won at time of entry a race ol the valuo of 100 sovs., or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries to be sealed and addressed to • the Secretary, Otaki; with' name, pedigree, and age of horse at time of entry, name of owner and trainer, and colours of the rider. 2.
