• The Wellington , Lawn -Tennis Association has decided to lease the Day's Bay courts for another season. • Tho grounds at tho Bouth end aro to,bp lengthened by 10 feet, .which will be a great improvement. Tho returfing of the eourjs will be commenced at the. end of the month/ when the Hockey'As-' sociation 'has done with the grounds. The JJarton • Club, with 80 members and three has..applied for affiliation to the /Wellington Lawn Tennis Association. • Mr. A. H. Kimbpll, who.has been,for four years:secretary .of the association,, and .Mr." 1 E. T. Eedward, who, has been treasurer for. six or seven years, aro not offering ...them-., selves for re-election. Mr. F. M. 13. Fisher, M.P., will , call l on the Management Committee and 1 secretary of the association to give evidence beforo tho Local'rßills'Committee of the House, when the Town Belt -Reserves Bill comes up for consideration.
