. ELECTIONS. (OT TILEOBAFK —PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPTBIOHT.) (Rec. September 12, 1 a.m.) | Perth, September 11. The elections aro being held to-day. The Ministerial and tho Labour parties are both working' hard. No complete returns are to hand yet; The Labour party had nineteen pledged representatives in the old Parliament, which contained fifty mombers. Labour hopes this time to get a majority. Nine candidates have already been returned unopposed, inoludlng the Premier (Sir Newton Moore), tho Minister for Works (the Hon. Jas. Price), and the Leader of the Labour party (Mr. T. Bath). In the Parliament before last' Labour- had i 23 members,' Midi.with < the assistance;' of ' four Independents, held office. .1 i
