With the oixception of Mr. Walter and Mr.-Mob-erly Bell, i managing director, tho board of the "Tinibs" consists of employees'of tho company, and while it is'truetiiat the paper is under tho control of this board, tho board is, of course, under the control of the dominating shareholders.
