• Among the new companies recently registered is the Oturi Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., registered 'on September 8. "The Mercantile Gazette this week gives the following particulars:— "Olßco, Main; Street, Waverley, at. tho office of T. E. Wilson, secretary. Capital v £0000, divided into 5000 shares of £1 each. Subscribers:—E. Exlev, 50; S. Huston, 35: S. D. Johnston, 35; W. Best, 90; W. H. Wall,'so;;'W.'S. Knuckley, 30 ; G. Johnston, 75. Objects: To buy and sell milk, cream, and butter, and to manufacture butter and cheese, and deal in pigs, etc."
