CRICKET.
The annual meeting of St. John's Cricket Club was well attended. Tho report and balance-sheet showed that tho club had made very satisfactory progross during tho past season. The election of office-bearers resulted as follows Patron, Dr.-Gibb.; president, Mr. G. A. Troup; club captain, Mr. M. S. Galloway; treasurer, Mr. A. W. AVhyte (re-elected); secretary, Mr. G. 11. lillill'c (reelected). Fourteen new members wero enrolled nt the meeting, and tlireo teams aro to bo put into the field this season.
