In the State Assembly Mr. Elmslie gave notice of a motion censuring the action of the Minister for Water Supply (Mr. Swinburne) in dealing with tenders-for contracts in connection with the "Water Supply Department. The Minister for Water Supply thereupon moved the adjournment of the House, which then rose till Tuesday.
