HURDLE RACES.—The winner of any Hurdle Race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b. in the Hurdle Race, and for every additional race <71b. extra. FLAT RACES.—The winner of any Flat Race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b., and every additional race a further penalty of Gib.' That no entry will be received'for any race excepting on this condition:—That all disputes, claims, and,objections arising, outoorthof r tho races, shall be decided by, a majority of the stewards, or those they may appoint, and their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be dual. 2. All entries to be sealed, and'addressed to Secretary, Box 10, Weraroa, Levin, with entrance money enclosed, also name and age at time of entry, pedigree, and performances of horse, name Of owner, and colours of ridor. All jockeys to rido in costume and, in colours nominated, otherwise a fine of 2 sovs. will bo imposed. " 3..When two or more horses start the' property of the same owner a distinguishing colour must be worn. 4. AH race 3 to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. . 5.
