« (BY TELEGRAPH—rKESS ASSOCIATION.) Invercargill, September 2. In tho divorce case Malcolm MncDonald v. Phyllis Mac Donald and Murdoch M'lvor, corespondent, with a claim of £500 damages, tho jury returned a verdict for £250. A decree nisi was granted. The parties were married in 1539 and there were four children. A short time ago the wife benefited to tho amount of £'1000 by tho death of her father, and she left for Tasmania, where she is now living with M'lvor, who was a farmer at Otautau.
