The majority of the mines will reopen as non-union concerns. : TROUBLE IN MELBOURNE. TIMBER VESSELS BLOCKED Melbourne, September 2. Several timber vessels are blocked owing to a strike of stackers on tho question of rates of pay. Tho stevedores have struck ouf'of- sympathy.
