THE WEBSTER FAMILY. Sir, —A report having been circulated to the effect that the man who was collecting subscriptions on the trains and in Wellington on behalf of Mrs. Webster and children had left the country, taking with him the amounts collected, we desire to acknowledge through your columns that Mr. Rovell, the only man we know as having collected on tho trains, has handed to us, through Mr. Wylie, Petone, the sum of fifty pounds (£SO) collected by him on trains between. Wellington. and Wairarapa. Hoping to havo this published,—Wo are, etc.,
