REVOLUTIONARIES' TERMS TO THE SHAH. (m TELEGRAPH—riIESS ASSOCIATION—COrYIitOIIT.) Tchoran, August, 31. .The Revolutionaries at Tabriz'have issued an ultimatum to tho Shah demanding tho selection of a Ministry, from tho Revolutionaries, tho expulsion of all Reactionaries from Teheran, and tho granting of a full amnesty for political offences. POPULAR SUCCESS AGAINST RAHIM ■■ ■•< . 4 -KHAN. - In July the people of Tabriz, sinking their own dissensions, united, in driving' out the forces of tho Sultan under Rahim Knail. Commenting on this, the "Daily Mail's" correspondent wrote:—"As was expected here, tho people of Tabriz liavo succeeded in driving out the Shah's representative, Eahim Khan,, and his disorderly horsemen. Rahim Khan is now preparing to attack the city again. Tile respite given to the warlike inhabitants is dangorous, and Rahim Khan will be obliged as a first step to create a famino in the city by cutting tho communications. The success of tho Tabriz inhabitants tho Nationalists here. The provinces are qniet because they are still in ignorance of what has actually occurred, here, and of what is taking place at Tabriz. ■Tho fact that the Shah remains encamped outside the city is proof that he does not feel that his success is at all complete."
