Henry Benson, otherwise known as Bebro, a finanoial agent, and Georgo Potty Bond, a broker, have been remanded at Westminster Court on a charge .of conspiracy to defraud in cbnncctio'n with the International Securities Corporation and Felthnm's Banl:, whereof they Were lately directors. Both concerns ore in liquidation. * iiie. prosecution alleged that 18,000 poor people were defrauded by the securities cf the corporation, and 500 by the bank.
