'.Joe' Puddings : JOE PUDDING. . • Three, cups flour, one and a half cups sugar, good teaspoonful, carbonate soda, one and a naif cups raisins, quarter pound butter, a little lemon peel; mix. well with milk.' (Use one egg, if desired). Boil three hours. ' TOR TO-MORROW. Ingredients.—Leg of mutton, red currant jelly, potatoes, cauliiinwer, apples, one lemon, bread crumbs, soak peas for pea soup, vegetables. and mint foi\ the soup.
