Tho fire was discovered by Miss Plielan, and sho at once aroused Mr. and. Mrs. Lepper and their two children, who were fast asleep. The family h'ad.vory. littlo time to escape, and saved 'only .a. few things. Assistance was rendered by all;tho,residents in the bay. Mr. H. W, ;Lepper is the loser,to tho extend of £150.
