There are fifteen hundred delegates to the International Baptist Congress at Berlin, which is being hold with tho object of uniting. European Baptists in one great union. (Rec. August 31, 10.35 p.m.) London, August 81. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Lloyd-George, has telegraphed to tho Berlin Congress urging, tha Baptists to do their jjart in tho promotion of peaco.
