H. Nowell, a solicitor, of Barton-on-Hun)ber, Lincolnshire. , Air. Waddingham, whose estato was valued at £205,702 loft four bequosts amounting to £5000, and bequeathed the'residue of his property to his wife for life, with-remainder to tho boy, provided ha attains tho ago of tventy-cno, is of sound mind, and assumes ■the surnamoof Waddingham. Mr. Waddingham directed that tho person entitled to the estates should, if possible, repurchase tho AVnddingbam estates, Waddinghnm, Lincoln, which formerly belonged to his. allocators.
