Adams, to the Tasmanian property beneficiaries," and to the beneficiaries of Tattersall's Sweep , One of tho provisions of the agreement confirms the action of the trustees of the estate! in distributing unclaimed prize moneys from' the year 1897,' as they become statute barred, among charities of the States of the Commonwealth and in New Zoaland. The agreement iila) authorises the continuance of the distribution of such moneys so that full effect be to the wishes of the testator in this respect. .
