MAORI TEAM LAWSUIT. (BY TEI.EGRA.ru —PEESS ASSOCIATION—COI'YEIGHT.) (Reo, August 25, 10.20 p.m.) Sydney, August 25. In the Equity Court case, R. Jack v. Asher and members of the Maori team, claim for commission on takings alleged to be duo to plaintiff as original negotiator of the team's visit, the Court made a decree, by consent on behalf of Asher and eleven other defendants, declaring that there is due to plaintiff for costs of the suit and damages the sum of £165, which should be charged on any moneys in the hands of the Football League due to defendants. The Court dismissed the suit, with costs, against four other defendants who had not boon served with the statement of claim. The Court mado an order against nineteen others in default of appearance, in the samo terms as against the first-mentioned twolvo,
