The nest best dispatch for United Kingdom and Continent of Europe, will be via Brindisi, closing at Wellington,' per Maheno, on Friday, August 28, at 2 p.m. The next best dispatch for Canada and United States of America will be via Vancouver, closing at Wellington, per Manawatu train, on Tuesday, September 1, at 6.30 a.m. .All books and sample-packets and newspapers for places within the Dominion must bo posted l half an hour before tho ordinary letter mail, closes.
