He. has written to the publishers:—"l havo come to sco that if my family and' friends want a record of things which shed light on matters*which havo been much dismissed, it is right that I should yield to their advico, and .go over again some events which have made lifo interesting to mo." Air. Rockefeller tolls of his struggles, and gives pen pictures-of his early, patrons and friends. The multi-millionaire Huso discusses genoral business methods and the claims of philanthropy, and describes his hobbies, dealing at snmo length with golf.
