' t . 1 Masterton, August. 19. . The Opaki Rifle Club llcld its annual general meeting. to-night, Captain "W. J. Welch presiding. The annual report .was adopted, also the-balance-sheet. The latter showed a credit balancc of £20., The secretary, Mr. W. J. Winslade; received a hearty vote.of thanks for bis services during the year, and was voted a bonus of £3.
