Oh yes I I toil you that it was the worst thing ever dono by Sir Joseph Ward to tako tlio duty off motor-cars and tell the pcoplo that ho did it so that every man could liavo his owii motor." "Did ho tako tho duty off flour, or tea, or potatoes or onions—No I You can eat bread, you can drink tea, you can cat potatoes and onions, but what I say is— you can't eat motor-cars!"
