' The sale will commence at 1.30 p.m. sharp. Tho furniture is stated to lio of a costly description, most of it specially imported. Mr. Lloyd-George, in private life, has nover employed a liveried male servant, and he shows his characteristic independence in ignoring even the musty traditions of Downing Street, whoro callers unon him are greatly surprised when tho door is opened to them by a trimly-dressed maid-servant.
