The Vulcan Company's riveters have decided by an overwhelming majority to resume work.

' Chring to a dispute between the employers and 400 riveters, ,the Union of German Dockyards ordered, a general lock-out of fifty thousand men, being determined to stop petty strikes. Tho Vulcan Company makes warships for- the German and other navies, and employs nearly seven thousand, men.
