SCENE IN THE AUSTRIAN REICHSRATH.
A violent scene occurred in the Lowor House of the Austrian Reiclisrath on June 26 on tho occasion of tho last day of tho dabato 011 the Budget, which has ,occupied tho House for 21 sittings, nearly every one of which lasted' 10 hours. Count Sternberg said something to offond the Socialist deputy ; Horr Daszyriski, and other Socialists amid groat tumult mado u rush at tho Count to avengo tho insult, on thoir friond. So long did tho uproar continue that tho President had to; interrupt tho sitting, and business was not resumed until after a considerable intorvnl and tranquillity had been restored. On resuming Count Sternberg vigorously protested, amidst loud clicoring by the Socialists, against tho President's withdrawal of his right to speak further, and tho uproar continued,—Rout'or.
