FRENCH LIQUORS. . (Bit TELEGUAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION— COriMGnT.) Paris, August 12. ■ Drastic regulations have been framed in Franco against tho adulteration of beer, wines, liqueurs, and fruit juices. Tho regulations include tho following:— No cognac may bo sold as such except it comes from Charcnte. No champagne may bo so named except it comes from the Champagne region. No sparkling wines where tho effervescence is not duo to alcoholic fermentation will bo allowed.. v .
