Kearns, £3 lis. 6d„ arid costs ss.' !l ■ Frank Dixon proceeded against Nathaniel Dixon for a-proportion of the maintenance of their mother. Judgment was given for 2s. 6d.' per week by consent of tho defendant : <■- _ In : the-defended case W. J. Smith (Mr. Maunsell) v. W. P.' Simpson (Mr. Lavery), a 1 claim for £7 - 9s. for damages, with a counter claim of £7 ss. for grazing, judgment was ■ given' for an equal amount in each; case, each party to. pay its own costs. In tho Ponsion Court three new pensions and eight renowals' were "made, and two applications; adjourned, for further particulars.
