Bhubarb Tart. ' . . " PARSLEY SAUCE. ' Melt a tablespoonful of "butter in a small saucepan,'and stir into it a tablespoonful. of flour. Then poUr into this 1} cups of mixed milk and water: 'Stir until it boils, and then boil it for two minutes .to ; cook tho flour. Just beforo serving stir'finely chopped' parsley and some salt 'into it. If pepper is liked, put 6ix peppercorns in with the butter, or sprinkle pepper over the meat before pouring tho sauco over it. When' making tho sauce it is quicker and in many ways better to mix a little of tho water tho meat is boiling in with the milk instead of plain water. The sauce can bo kept-hot by standing it with the lid on in a larger pan of boiling water; If it is too thin, boil.it'longer.*. If too thick add more liquid. FOE TO-MOHEOW., : Mutton broth, roast pork, and apple sauce sa™, onions, parsley, chceso, rice, 2 pints of milk, cabbage,-potatoes.
