An Officer of tho Public Health Department will be ill attendance every day to inspect all milk as it arrives from tho dairy farms, and only such raillc will bo distributed as that officer certifies to be' pure and wholesome. Tho milk will bo distributed by licensed milk vondors only, and may be obtained in tho popular pint and quart bottles if desired.
