was agreed to work under the' old tonnago rate of 2s. per ton for sliovel-lilled coal, and that agreement practically settles the trucking as well as the weighing clause, and sovoral points iii connection with the trucking were held in abeyance ill "the'meantime.'"Ft is tho intention of tho ni.mago_me.nt to carry out some experiments in working the trucking, and until they are completed and prosed tho old conditions will prevail.
