PUDDINGS., : _ • Pour a' breakfast cup of boiling milk over ioz. of breadcrumbs. Bread- and milk from breakfast would do if it were well mashed.' Add a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon, of sugar and some flavouring. Next add a half tablespoon' of finely* chopped candied peel and one ortwo well- beaten eggs. Fill small buttered: cups three-parts full with the mixture, and bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven. Serve with Taisin or lemon sauce. ' TOR TO HORROAV.
