Martin, of Marton, late of Hawera, the ducks, pigeons, and cage-birds. Miss M'Donald acted as 'judge of the children's sowing Classes, and Mr. Marcbant judged the school work,- drawing and writing. •' . . - , - I Tho North Island Championship for a White-Wyandotte cock' went.to H..Roy Burrett, a lad from Wangamii, who exhibited a splendid bird, and E. Batcman's entry was second to the champion; The North, Island chartipionship for fantail pigeon was awarded ;to Clias. Canton's (Carterton). This entry was a beautiful bird. ' \ .' Points priae-winners wci'6 as. followOrpingtons,,Soler Bros., Waiiganui; wyandottes, H. E. Rawsoiv Martoin'; leghorns, -J. J.
