BRANCH FORMED AT PIRINOAi lAN OPTIMISTIC SPEECH: ( , .An important'meeting of farmers was hold at Pirinoa on the east sido of Wairarapa Lake on Saturday last, when representatives from all parts of the Lower Valley attended.
