E, Meinertzhagen. . • Mr. Morrison, who appeared,on.behalf of Miss Meinertzhagcn, said that an application had been mado on behalf of Mrs. Donnelly to remove into the.Supremo Court tho report of tho Native Land Commissioner fixing tho 'boundaries of cortain AVaimarama lands. ; Counsel for tho parties had, ho said, conferred on tho matter, and it had been arranged that ho should apply for the caso: to './•/he taken by the 'Full Court: : The point, 111 • dispute'related to 60 acres of tho homestead iblock. ■ Delay, in'.tho• hearing of tho motion would result in the hanging up of his client's, title : 'to 'the'sooo acres'awarded'her ■ . tinder statutory authority. . •/' .. . . , . ' Mr. Skorrett said .that the. and-Mr. Bell represented Mrs.Donrielly. He said that since the • interview between tho,parties, Mrs. Donnelly had returned".from, Sydney, .and a-difficulty had arisen .in . connection-.with the .matter, which he was not permitted to make public. !All other matters in connection with the long-. .
