Diazi Pasha, with a thousand men, entered Monastir and abdUctod Marshal Osman Foizi Pasha, the' now' 'commander of the' vilayet', without bloodshed. Sultan of Turkey has decreed a now constitution and summoned a Chamber of Deputies.
