'lhc journal says it should bo "moved to' a' more convenient, sito where, it can'i be. combined with tho Tourist office,'; . shoujd be placed in chargo of a ' High Commissioner who is thoroughly versed" in the-'present and practical needs and requirements of tho country, and who will return at thc'closo of his term; and should be staifbd by relays of New Zealanders as a branch of. oitr r public departments.
