UNION STEAMER KAKAPOI (BY TELEGRAPH—PItESS ASSOCIATION—COPTEIGHT.) (Rec. July 25, 1 a.m.) Sydney, July 24. The Union Company's-steel screw steamer Kakapo (1521 tons gross,' Captain Graham), engaged in tho Tasmanian trade, left a week ago for Launceston with a hulk in tow. She has not yet reached'her destination, and is supposed to bo sheltering.
