Miles (resident partner), after analysing'the above cablegram, states that it indicates a slightly better tone, which ho attributes to, the operations .of American buyers, who want the light-conditioned coarso crossbred wool. .He would point out that there was no material change in the superior classes. ■ . ; ■ • •. ■
