It, is -hoped that some of the delegates to i>!'> Farmers' Union Conference, .which opvns in Wellington on' Tuesday next, Wil] airiu- in time to givo evideiice before the Labour Bills Committee of'the House of Representatives on the' Conciliation and Arbitration Act Amendment Bill. Farmers are strongly of opinion that an industrial " dispute" should not be created,in rural districts unless a reasonable number of farm labourers are dissatisfied.
