NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at - a Spocial Meeting of the Council of the City of Wellington, held on tho 2nd. day of July, 1908, it was resolved as follows:— "That the Wellington City Council hereby resolves (by Spocial Order), pursuant to the' powers vested in it by The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900, that Loa Street, Island Bay, in tho said City, shall be stopped for its full width along tho wliolo of its length coloured green on tho plan prepared by Andrew J.
